We want to make our services
available to everyone
At the office of Alan R. Stein D.D.S., we would like to make our services available to everyone. We offer a variety of payment options including major credit cards, cash, checks and Care Credit. Payment plans are accepted as long as arrangements have been made prior to treatment. Otherwise, payment is due at the time of service.
We accept insurance coverage from companies that allow you to pick your own dentist and most PPO plans. Some of our accepted insurance providers are:
We realize that sometimes insurance companies take up to six weeks to respond to a claim after treatment.
Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company.
As a reminder, all co-pays are due at the time of treatment and any remaining
balance after your insurance coverage is your responsibility and due immediately.
